Current Fares

Local Bus, Light Rail and Metro Subway

• Regular fares apply to MTA Local Bus routes #1 through #91, Light Rail and Metro Subway.
• Neighborhood Shuttle fares apply to Hampden and Mondawmin Neighborhood Shuttle routes.
• Express fares apply to routes 103, 104, 105, 120, 150 and 160 and express trips operated on regular routes denoted 
  with an “X” on the timetable.
• Day Passes are good for unlimited rides from the time of purchase until 3 AM the following day
• Weekly Passes are good for unlimited travel from 12:01 AM on Sunday to 3 AM the following Sunday
• Monthly Passes are good for unlimited travel from 12:01 AM the first day of the month to 3 AM the first day of the following 
  month Up to two children under the age of six may ride free with each person paying the full fare. Children age six and above 
  (except those in the School Program) must pay the full fare.
• Students in kindergarten though 12th grade up to age 20 attending participating public, parochial and private schools in
   Baltimore City and Baltimore County may pay a Student Fare of $1.10 on school days. Students must obtain an MTA student

• WMATA SmarTrip® cards are not currently accepted as fare media by MTA.

Mobility Paratransit

• The regular fare for Mobility Paratransit is $1.85.
• Paratransit Ticket Books with 20 Tickets may be purchased for $37.00 from the MTA Transit Store located at 6 St. Paul Street 
  in downtown Baltimore.
