Notice of Public Hearings
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) gives notice of three public hearings concerning proposed service adjustments to the following Local Bus routes 7, 10, 11, 14, 24, 35, 50, 55, and 160 that may become effective on or about February 1, 2010.

Written statements may be submitted until 5:00 PM on Monday, December 7, 2009 to MTA, Office of Customer Service, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. Alternatively, you may email your comments to MTAHearingRecord@mtamaryland.com
with “Hearing Comments” as the subject heading. Your name and postal address must be included with your comments to become part of the public hearing record.

MTA Proposed Service Adjustments
Route No. 7 Mondawmin Metro Station – Canton
· Modify end of line from East Avenue & Toone Street to First Mariner Bank Building (on Eastbourne Avenue between Clinton Street and Highland Avenue)

Route No. 10 Rt. 40 and Rolling Road, Paradise Avenue – Dundalk, Bullneck Road
· Terminate late night trips, between 10 PM- 6 AM, at Turners Station rather than Bullneck.
· Preserve early morning trips starting in Bullneck.

Route No. 11 Towson to Canton
· Revise end of route in Towson.
· Route will now serve Towson Town Center.

Route No. 14 Patapsco Light Rail Stop – Jumpers Hole Road – Annapolis
· Use George Clauss turnaround to serve Quarterfield Crossing Shopping Center Walmart rather than Quarterfield Park Drive at George Clauss.

Route No. 24 Whispering Woods – Moravia
· Replace Moravia Loop service with service continuing on Sinclair Lane to a turnaround past Moravia Road.
Route No. 35 White Marsh – UMBC – Blind Industries
· Modify UMBC layover.
· Make permanent the current route diversion at UMBC.

Route No. 50 Belair-Edison Circulator
· Eliminate service to the former Clareway Senior Center.
Route No. 55 Towson – Fox Ridge
· Operate service to CCBC Essex.
· Modify Towson layover location to Fairmount Avenue at Towson Town Center.

Route No. 160 Oliver Beach – Fox Ridge – Johns Hopkins Hospital
· Eliminate service to Oliver Beach.
· Service will begin and end at Whispering Woods.
