Commuter Bus Lost & Found

Please be advised that the MTA Commuter Bus Contracted Service Providers collect personal 
items that may be left behind by MTA patrons riding on commuter coaches. The MTA does not 
have any direct information on articles lost and is providing these contact numbers for the
individual Service Providers as a means for MTA patrons to inquire about articles lost on MTA 
commuter coaches.

The MTA Commuter Bus department is committed to customer service. All items lost are normally 
collected by individual operators of the coaches and turned into their respective Dispatcher Office 
and held for a minimum of sixty (60) days. Items are generally kept in a Lost & Found reception area. 

MTA patrons should dial the Dispatcher Office directly and identify that they are in search of a lost 
article on an MTA Commuter coach.
