  • Important Union Station Metrorail Station Information: Elevators to undergo rehabilitation work and will be out-of service for 12 weeks beginning Tuesday, August 31, 2010 ... [more]
  • BWI Station Information:  The BWI MARC parking entrance in Garage #1 is now open. Construction on the two new elevators is expected to take 12 to 15 months.  The northbound platform construction was delayed due to the recent track work and is expected to be completed by October 1, 2010.
  • Transit Link Card (TLC) Cost Increase:  The second phase of the Metrorail fare adjustments begins August 1, 2010. The cost of the Transit Link Card (TLC) will increase from $92.00 to $102.00.
  • Extended Hours for MTA Customer Call Center: MTA has extended the hours of our customer call center until 11:00pm.  MARC customer service hotline using 1.800.325. RAIL (1.800.325.7245) to speak to a live representative.  We have dedicated staff who have undergone MARC service training and are waiting to take your call.  Call Center hours are from 6:00am until 11:00pm until further notice.
