SafeTrack Surge #16 - Modified Commuter Bus Service

Metrorail will be implementing SafeTrack Surge #16 which will result in shutting down the Red Line service between Shady Grove and Twinbrook Stations starting Saturday, June 17th continuing through Sunday June 25th. MTA Commuter Routes 505 and 515 will temporarily discontinue service to the Shady Grove Station during those weekdays (June 19th-23rd). All buses will utilize the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Station for morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups. Commuter Bus Fares will not be altered. MARC Train Service will honor MTA Commuter Bus monthly and TLC monthly passes on Brunswick Line Trains. MTA Staff will be on site at Grosvenor-Strathmore Station to assist riders locate Routes 505 and 515 during afternoon service. 

Commuter Bus Routes 201 and 202 schedules will not be adjusted and will continue to service the Shady Grove stop.
