Parking at St. Charles Towne Center

This is a reminder that parking for commuters at the JC Penny and Dick’s locations at 
St. Charles Towne Center is restricted to the designated yellow spaces.  MTA Staff has 
observed many vehicles trying to park illegally in non-commuter spaces.  Commuter spaces
are those with DOUBLE yellow lines on both sides; NOT the single yellow line down the 
middle of the lot.  

As the holidays approach and mall parking increases, tenants at the mall become more aware 
of commuters’ parking infractions.  In order to retain commuter parking privileges and to keep
the parking spaces that are allotted, please refrain from parking illegally at all times.

Any commuters who are found to be parking in other spaces than those that are designated 
are subject to possible ticketing and/or towing.  Please adhere to this policy as mall security 
will increase their patrols of this area.
