Tuesday, February 9, 2010: MARC will operate an "S" schedule on all three lines; Penn, Camden, & Brunswick.  Please exercise extreme caution when arriving at your station, parking your car, walking to and boarding your train. 

  • Camden Line Riders:  Due to a crew shortage, train 848 is canceled this evening. Trains 846, 852, and 856 will operate as scheduled.
  • Due to weather conditions and freight / Amtrak congestion and switch problems in various areas.Camden and Brunswicks trains are  expected to operatedelayed
  • Washington Metrorail will operate a very limited schedule on Tuesday, February 9.  Metrorail will operate at 30-35 minute intervals on all in-service lines. There will be no Washington Metrorail service at Silver Spring and Rockville stations. There will be Washington Metrorail service at Union Station, New Carrollton, Greenbelt.  Washington Metrorail has advised its passengers that service at above-ground stations will be suspended shortly after the next storm begins due to existing snow accumulation on the tracks. Be sure to check on Washington Metrorail's operational status on their website.

Perryville, Aberdeen, and Edgewood Passengers--Amtrak train 151 has been canceled for Tuesday, February 9. Amtrak train 111 will make the three MARC stops approximately 20 minutes later than Amtrak 151. Go to Amtrak's website or call 1-800-872-7245 to check on the status of train #111. Please note that since none of these stops are regularly scheduled for Amtrak 111, you should use Wilmington, Delaware as the "departure station" to check on the status of the train.
