Penn Line Train 435 (2:35p DPT PENN) is operating with a 15 minute delay approaching West Baltimore due to following an Amtrak Train.
Amtrak has issued heat-related speed restrictions for parts of the Penn Line. Trains must operate at reduced between Washington and Baltimore. Minor delays are possible.
