In recognition of the public interest in transparency as well as full disclosure in the inspection and maintenance of a safe, well-documented rail system, MDOT MTA has posted the American Public Transportation Association's (APTA) Peer Review Report below, as well as individual Metro SubwayL and Light Rail inspection reports for the last five years.

The APTA Peer Review is an important tool in MDOT MTA's assessment and development of best operating practices. MDOT MTA is also committed to implementing recommendations from the APTA Peer Review that complement our focus on safety and accountability.
