Commuter Bus Service will NOT be able to service the downtown Washington DC stops on Tuesday,, January 19 through Friday, January 22, 2021; Instead, buses will terminate in the AM and originate in the PM at outlying WMATA Metro stations. Customers will need to transfer to WMATA Metro to continue to their destination (see details below): Please continue to monitor the MTA website under (Service Alerts) for additional service modifications and the most up-to-date announcements as information is constantly evolving.

Additionally, due to Inauguration service plans, beginning Friday, January 15th through Friday, January 21st, WMATA Metrorail will operate on a Saturday schedule and will close 13 stations inside the security perimeter. During this time trains will pass through the closed stations without stopping. The following Metro Stations will be closed: Farragut North, Judiciary Square, Union Station, Archives, Arlington Cemetery, Farragut West, McPherson Square, Federal Center SW, Capitol South, Smithsonian, and Federal Triangle. Metro Center and Gallery Place stations will be closed Saturday, January 16th through Thursday, January 21st.

AM Service- All Commuter Bus Routes will pick up at the regularly scheduled times. Buses will terminate as follows:
Routes 220, 230, 240, 250 and 260- Terminate at Landover Metro Station
Routes 305, 315 and 325- Terminate at Silver Spring Metro Station
Routes 335 and 345- Terminate at Greenbelt Metro Station
Routes 610, 620, 630, 640, 650, 705, 715 and 725- Terminate at Branch Avenue Metro Station
Routes 735, 810, 820, 830, 840 and 850- Terminate at Suitland Metro Station

PM Service- Commuter Bus Service will board customers at the designated WMATA metro stations as follows:

The following Commuter Bus Routes will depart from Landover Metro station at the Curb Past Bus Bay (Please observe the following departure times)
Route 220- 1:00, 3:45, 4:15, 4:45, 5:15, 5:45, 6:15 and 7:15
Route 230- 1:10, 3:50, 4:05, 4:50, 5:05, 6:00, 6:30 and 7:05
Route 240- 3:55, 4:55, 5:25 and 6:45
Route 250- 4:10, 5:00 and 6:00
Route 260- 4:05, 4:55, 5:20 and 6:30

Commuter Bus Routes 305, 315 and 325 will depart Silver Spring Metro Station at the Regular Bus Stop (Please observe the departure times are as regularly scheduled)
Route 305- only Trips 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23 will depart as regularly scheduled departure times from Silver Spring Metro
Route 315- only Trips 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 will depart as regularly scheduled departure times from Silver Spring Metro
Route 325- only Trips 9, 10, 13 and 14 will depart as regularly scheduled departure times from Silver Spring Metro

The following Commuter Bus Routes will depart from Greenbelt Metro Station (please observe the following departure times and location)
Route 335 departing from Bus Bay J- 3:30, 4:20, 5:20 and 6:15
Route 345 departing from Bus Bay K- 1:10, 3:45, 4:35, 5:05 and 6:35
