Penn Line Train service has resumed. Delays will continue as congestion clears and trains begin to run in the assigned schedules. Delays currently are as follows:

- Train 532 is operating with a 150-170 minute delay (terminating at Penn Station)
- Train 536 is operating with a 90-110 minute delay (will hold at Penn Station for Train 532's passengers for stops north of Baltimore)
- Train 544 is operating with a 40-50 minute delay
- Train 642 is operating with a 60-70 minute delay
