This document is a guide for the modifications to MDOT MTA's core bus service for the Winter 2024 service change, effective Sunday, February 4, 2024. These changes included schedule adjustments and modified supplemental service to select Baltimore City Public Schools. In addition, a list of bus stop modifications is provided, which includes new stops and removed stops. Please review the following lists for all changes.

Supplemental Service to Select Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPS)
Added Service to Cross Country Elementary/Middle School
- LocalLink 85 will service the school with AM trips originating at Reisterstown Rd & Liberty Heights Ave at 8:39am and 8:44am and departing from the school at 4:04pm and 4:07pm
Bus Stop Modifications.
Please be advised, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, bus stop signs may not be updated until after February 5, 2024

OPP = Opposite (on a long block across the street from an T-intersection)
- StopID 6500 Hilton Rd & Dorchester Rd NB NS on LL 82 will be removed due to the proximity of the relocated stop at Hiton Rd & Liberty Heights Ave (The latter stop was relocated due to a change in road configuration)
- StopID 6380 Hilton Rd & Dorchester Rd SB NS on LL 82 will be removed due to the proximity of the relocated stop at Hiton Rd & Liberty Heights Ave (The latter stop was relocated due to a change in road configuration)
- StopID 13530 Kirk Ave & Bartlett Ave SB NS serving the LL 52, LL 53, & CL GR will be relocated to be placed closer to the bus division to allow for safer operator reliefs
- StopID 635 North Point Blvd & St Monica Dr SB NS serving LL 62 will be removed due to it’s close proximity to the next stop at North Point Blvd & St Gregory Dr (StopID 12198)
- StopID 14132 Royal Farms Arena Bays 1 EB sign will be modified to list routes LLs 65, 71, 78, ELs 105, 150, 160, & Commuter Links 210, 215, & 310
- StopID 14132 Royal Farms Arena Bays 2 EB sign will be modified to list routes LLs 56, 65, 71, CLs OR, PR, & EL 150
- StopID 14132 Royal Farms Arena Bays 1 EB sign will be modified to list routes LL 56 & CL RD
- StopID 1587 Greenmount Ave & Federal St SB NS will be relocated to Greenmount Ave & Pittman St SB FS due to customer request that the bus stop placed adjacent to their property
- StopID 11229 Milford Mill Rd & Silver Creek Rd EB NS serving the LL 81 will be removed due to stop spacing
- StopID 1576 Greenmount Ave & 30th St SB NS serving LL 52 & CL RD will have a sign modification moving sign from the back of the stop to the front of the stop and right-sizing the stop to allow for coaches to pull into the stop fully
- StopID 12396 S Center Pl & Shipping Pl EB NS serving LLs 62, 63, 65, & EL 163 will be removed due to unsafe conditions
- StopID 1944 Dundalk Ave & A Center Pl NB NS serving LL 62 & EL 163 will have a sign modification to include LL 65 due to StopID 12396 S Center Pl & Shipping Pl being removed
